Additional App Features

Explore additional functions and settings available in the Fordex app.

Uploading Avatar​

You can set your profile photo:

  1. Open the Settings screen (tap the settings icon in the top right corner of Orders)
  2. At the top of the screen, find the profile card
  3. Tap on the circular avatar area
  4. Choose the source:
    • "Take Photo" — take a photo with the camera
    • "Choose from Gallery" — select from gallery
  5. Crop the photo (if necessary)
  6. The photo will upload and display in your profile

Shift History​

View your shift statistics:

  1. Open Settings
  2. In the ACCOUNT section, select "Shift History"
  3. You will see a list of all your shifts with information:
    • Start/end date and time
    • Vehicle name
    • Shift status (Active, Paused, Completed, Closed)
    • Working time and pauses
  4. Tap on any shift to view details:
    • Total Time — total shift time
    • Working — working time
    • Pause — pause time
    • Events — all shift events (start, pause, resume, complete)

Change Password​

To change your password:

  1. Open Settings
  2. In the ACCOUNT section, select changePassword "Change Password"
  3. Enter:
    • Password — current password
    • New Password — new password (minimum 5 characters)
  4. Tap "Save Password"
  5. The notification "Your password has been successfully changed." will appear

Important

New password must be different from the current one.

App Theme​

You can customize the app appearance:

  1. Open Settings
  2. In the APPEARANCE section, find the "Theme" row
  3. Tap on the row
  4. Choose a theme:
    • day Light — light theme
    • night Dark — dark theme
    • System — follow phone system settings
  5. The theme will apply immediately

App Language​

Available languages:

  • Deutsch (German)
  • English

To change the language:

  1. Open Settings
  2. In the APPEARANCE section, find the langs "Language" row
  3. Tap on the row
  4. Choose a language:
    • English
    • Deutsch
    • System Default — follow phone language
  5. The language will apply immediately
